Hi Tom, I want to thank you so much for your incredible work to solve the rain drainage issues we had for our home. As you know I worked until 1 AM when my husband was out of town using pumps, digging trenches and moving boards to deflect water coming off the roof away from our home to be sure water didn't come into our home during that huge 3" rain storm we had before Thanksgiving. After that, each time it rained we had to go out and turn on the pumps and hope they kept working. We talked to many people to find a solution and your answer was the best and your price reasonable. When your company did the actual work it was done so timely and efficiently. You and your employees did an incredible job and it turned out so beautiful, it was beyond my dreams. During the last storm we woke up in the morning and it was so exciting to see no problems! There was no standing water anywhere, it was all moving steadily and efficiently out of our yard and away from our home. It was also so wonderful to receive your call that morning to check that everything was working properly. you. Tom and his crew were terrific. They were very respectful, honest
and trustworthy. I had a drainage issue around my foundation and Tom responded. Tom's knowlege and experience was exceptional. He knew exactly how to remedy my problem and did not try to add any extras!! It was just the opposite...one of my irrigation lines in the rear yard was not working and Tom spent several hours locating the problem, fixing the problem, and would not charge me any extra for it. That is true customer service. In reference to the drainage problem, we secured several bids and by far, Tom (Landscape Drainage Solutions) had the best solution which was relayed to me in details. Tom and his crew were respectful of our property and when finished each day as well as the end of the job, the yard (front and rear) were exceptionally landscaped with no debri or trash for me to clean. The crew was prompt each morning. I would strongly recommend Tom and his crew. In fact, we told Tom that we would be happy to distribute flyers promoting his company. were hard working and dug trenches around the foundation of the house and installed catch basins and put a seemless gutter
